Global nanomechanical technology provider signs exclusive distribution contract with leading manufacturer and distributor of components and systems to end users in academia, government laboratories and industry in the UK and Ireland

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – Aug. 28, 2017 – Nanomechanics Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of nanomechanical testing equipment, has entered an exclusive distribution partnership with Scanwel in North Wales, U.K. The agreement will encompass distribution for Nanomechanics’ nanoindentation instruments throughout the U.K. and Ireland.

Scanwel has more than 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and sales of complex vacuum systems and scientific instruments. It will take advantage of the flexibility of integration of Nanomechanics nanoindentation instruments to enable their customers the ability to evaluate and understand the mechanical performance of their materials on micro and nano scales.
